does anyone take anykind of supplements for building muscle and or losing weight ? I would like to learn more about women and fitness supplements if anyone knows anything.
Most people here will be quick to tell you there's really no supplement that safely delivers on weight/fat loss claims (safely being a keyword here, as a while back there were those ephedra supplements and all their life-threatening side effects) ~ and unless you're seriously body building, probably no need for extra supplementation other than what you already should eat, lean proteins and low/nonfat dairy.
That being said, a multivitamin *may* be beneficial to fill in nutritional gaps, and no need to scope out ones that are specifically targeted for weight loss.
