Ok I am on Phase 1 day two. It is going wonderful thus far. I was wondering will my monthly cycle affect my weight loss during the 9 days. because I started day one and it came in the middle of my day one and I didn't want to discontinue it because in phase two I will get it and as well. What should I do so that it won't affect my weight loss or stop me from losing weight?
Just, stay on track. Drinking lots of water will help with the TOM cramps and general feeling of blah. Make sure to eat loads of protien to help with that yuck feeling during TOM. It'l also help keep you from feeling listless and dull. Good luck, and just because people have told us we should have chocolate and junk food during TOM and that makes it ok, remember, they're NOT right, You can get through it without crap food.

I agree, just stay on track. The TOM will make you bloat and retain water which may make you feel like your not losing much - but once its over you should see a big difference.

I'm on Day 3 too, and it's so much easier, and I'm getting full alot faster than the first day and second day!
