Suzanne, how were the Z-Trim brownies?

  • The samples I got last week were 1 each:
    brownie
    oatmeal raisin cookie
    chocolate chip cookie

Oddly enough, as much as we love chocolate chip cookies, it was our least favorite. The oatmeal raisin was good. The brownie was awesome!

I wish I could find out what the values were on each of these. The recipes for them is not in the cookbook that came with the samples.

Normally, my DH, boobalah, doesn't like any sweetener substitute. He didn't mind this at all.

My order should be coming this week. I'm looking forward to trying it out.
  • mare~you're right. The cookbook doesn't say. And that's weird because they emailed me a bunch of recipes for super bowl and each of them showed how many calories were saved from the original and what the new version was in calories and fat grams. Also, are the cookies made with artificial sweetener? I thought they were only changing the fat content.
  • Don't know. There is nothing on their website nor in the mammoth amount of literature I got from them.

The snacks had absolutely nothing on them as far as ingredients.

I guess that's a good reason why I didn't buy them!!! I suppose you could take the recipe from the book and plug it into calorie-count. The Z Trim has zero calories.

They were freebies. I didn't buy them. Maybe that is why there is nothing on them. I think snacks that are sold are required to have that info on them.
