Anyway, we can post our menu's and our thoughts for the week here. That's NOT to say, you shouldn't start a new thread. Heck, start all the treads you want to get the board going. I just thought this way we could "find" each other easier.
I see there are about four of us trying this diet out again...yeah!
I'll post my menu tonight, as I reflex on how I did today. As for now, I just had lunch and I'm still hungry... for dessert that it is.

Oh, and as for breakfast, I found if I eat Post Bran Flakes w/a pinch of Kashi Go Lean mixed in, it makes me feel full 'til lunch. Here's my day...
