Yes, it's certainly Monday morning here...it's actually 3:00 A.M.!
I just had to drive DH to our church to catch a van to the SEATAC airport. Thirty One people from here are going to Mississippi to help someone re-build their home that was destroyed during the storms. I am very proud of DH, he's the oldest one of the group. He's in great shape and will do a good job.

Lil Bear and I will be all alone this week so we will have to try to stay OP...it's a great temptation to 'eat' when I am alone. Girls keep me on the straight and narrow.

I go see my gastro. doctor today at three so perhaps he can get to the bottom (no pun intended) of my pain in the side...at least it's not a 'pain in the neck'!

I hope for all you West Coast Chicks to have a great day after the big super bowl snacky type stuff. DH and I did have a bit of frozen yogurt which was not on my program for yesterday but this morning I seem to have not gained so that bit of a cheat did not punish me (yet!)...today I will be extra good!

As for me: Aquarobics this A.M. then home to finish HW. DH and I have hopes of getting outside again. Me to finish the Strawberry beds and him, getting Marionberries to plant. Then to the Casino to spend his Birthday money and lunch.

Goodmorning! It's a foggy day over here, but apparently its warm out I prefer warmth to clear skies... Although I am spending the day on the couch so I won't experience it. I woke up yesterday with a sore throat and it slowly progressed all day, by the end of the day I had a fever, chills - hot flashes , the whole thing.

mamajok - you can totally stay OP with DH gone - just take it one meal at a time! Good for him, thats a great thing he's doing! Hope the doctors appointment goes well!

lubajo - sounds like you have quite the day planned, have a good one!

As for me - I am back to laying down. Sitting is still taking a little too much effort, this sickness better pass quicky.. I am not into being sick!

As for me - My Mom and I just got back from a Chinese lunch. Not too good on the diet. Yeasterday was not too good either with the Superball. We spent the time with some friends. I'll have to get back on track. My parents leave Wed. for southern Calif And we are going babysit their Golden Retreiver. He's a wonderful dog. Good company.
