Well, I'm baaaaaaaaaack!!!
It's been awhile and, happy to say, I have returned

It's easier for me to have buddies when I am on an eating plan ... and not being here for such a long time just goes to show you how long it's been that I've not BEEN on an eating plan! (See, I am not calling it a "diet " this time around because "diet" was always a 'bad 4 letter word' in my house growing up
).I've been watching my calorie intake and staying between 1300 - 1500 cals a day. I balance out my intake and eat 6 mini meals about 2-3 hrs apart (break - sn - lunch - sn - dinner - sn). I drink my 8 glasses of water; Don't drink any soda pop - even diet
(well, maybe I've had 1 diet Pepsi in the last month ...but the GAS was horrible!!
)My big problems are: going out to eat (which we do almost every weekend), vacations, parties etc... oh, and alcoholic beverages

It's good to be "home"
