Things have gone very well overall - I've lost about 20 lbs since starting last May. However, the past 3 or 4 weeks I have been eating an average of 300-500 calories more per day. I am afraid to get on the scale because I think I have gained about 5 lbs or so ( only some of which could be real gain)
Nevertheless, TOMORROW I am getting back on track and going to average my usual 1200 calories per day (rather than the 1700-2000 I've been doing recently) I am not going to weigh myself for a whole week and a half after tomorrow.
Does anyone ever feel guily for being "bad" and then re-starts the whole calorie counting routine for a specific limit? Anyways, wish me luck in getting back on track! I've been eating lots of bad food and now I am ready to count those cals and not be excessive! I hope to see 144 lbs (that is my goal - 1 lb less than the lowest I have seen as of 3 weeks ago)
