Help! Nutrition information

  • I need help. I am trying to figure out the totals on a whole package of food, rather than by serving (so I will know the total calories for a recipe).

Morning Star Farms meal starters crumbles
    each 2/3 cup serving is:
    90 calories
    2.5 g fat
    .5 g saturated fat
    1.5 g polyunsaturated fat
    .5 g monounsaturated fat
    5 g carbohydrates
    11 g protein

    The package contains 6 servings.

Now I know that you multiple 6x90 for the total calories in the package, but what about the fat? Do I multiply that by 6 also? I can't believe I don't know the answer to this!!
  • Yes, if you want the total nutritional value for the box multiply everything by 6.
  • Thank you! I feel so dumb that I didn't know that!
