Phase 1 Question-HELP!!!!?!?!? :)

  • Hey guys, I am on day 2 of phase 1. The fruits, can you snack on fruits and veggies all days, or do you not eat at all inbetween the four meals, I really want to stick to the accurate plan to see how it works. Somebody help

  • As far as I know, fruits and veggies are unlimited, but we're told to eat within reason. Meaning, don't stuff yourself. And, watch the dips or way you dress it, it should be lightly grilled or steamed. I know alot of people who eat TONS of fruits and veggies a day, but they dip it all in Ranch dressing or worse, chocolate or caramel.
  • If I am hungry... I will grab an apple or an orange. You will find that the longer you are on FS.. the less you will want to nibble. But, the worst thing is to let yourself get too hungry and then pig out during meal times. So, a piece of fruit between meals works for me.
