Water was the hardest for me - I probably didn't drink more than 2 glasses in a weeks time before starting this diet. I drank mostly tea. I gradually upped mine each week until I now am in the 72-80 oz a day regularly. It helps that i keep a bottle on my desk at all times because at time I look at it, I take a sip - before I know it I have downed 48 oz (sometimes more) in the work day. For me it helps buing larger sized bottles - I do the 24 oz ones because drinking 3 of those a day sounds much better than drinking many more of the 16oz ones. I know thats silly but it tricks my mind into drinking more.
