February Challenge - The Rest

  • We all have so many challenges, calories, water, training etc, this is what I thought we could do. This is our "other areas". Even if its just to come in and say "I cant do this, kick my butt" lets encourage one another and continue to show support. We all know what its like to be fat and now we all want to know how it feels to have BEEN fat. Past tense baby! So, pat each other and ourselves on the back and keep on trucking!
  • OK, my other, I didnt challenge myself to drink water, because frankly, I SUCK at it. I do NOT like water, it makes me pee WAY to much. Kick my butt in gear, give me some benefits? I drink alot of herbal tea though, that counts? YES, it should, but I dont think it does.
  • Water was the hardest for me - I probably didn't drink more than 2 glasses in a weeks time before starting this diet. I drank mostly tea. I gradually upped mine each week until I now am in the 72-80 oz a day regularly. It helps that i keep a bottle on my desk at all times because at time I look at it, I take a sip - before I know it I have downed 48 oz (sometimes more) in the work day. For me it helps buing larger sized bottles - I do the 24 oz ones because drinking 3 of those a day sounds much better than drinking many more of the 16oz ones. I know thats silly but it tricks my mind into drinking more. Good luck! Lem
