Day 1 - Fast food, BLECH, salad and parfait and it ALL tasted like dooky.

February 1
b/fast 2 C fresh apple/carrot juice
snack 4 oatmeal cookies and 1 c lowfat milk (the cookie recipe is in the recipe thread)
lunch 3/4 c rice, 3/4 c veggie chili and 1 small orange
snack Yoplait fatfree vanilla yogurt and 1 small banana
dinner 1 c rice, 1 c veggie chili
February 4
B~ Oatmeal, banana, 1 c skim milk
S~ banana
L~ 1 1/2 cups of veg. soup
S~ orange
D~ 2 cups of brown rice and pinto beans
S~
Water~ 64/64

February 5
B~ FS oatmeal cookies, 2 cups skim milk
S~ banana
L~ veggie soup 1 cup
S~ yogurt, orange
D~ 2 cups of brown rice and pinto beans
S~ yogurt
Water~ 64/64
Exercise~ 0/30 ~ didn't get exercise in today.
Feb 6
B- Fruit Smoothie : 1 C skim Milk, 6oz plain FF yogurt, 1/2 banana, 4 strawberries
S1- Pineapple, peaches, 6oz ff lime flavored yogurt
L- 1 C brown rice, 1 c brocolli
S2- 1 cup oatmeal, 1/2 banana, 1 pkt splenda, dash cinnamon
D- Veggie soup
The oatmeal with banana and cinnamon tastes so good I feel like i'm cheating!
February 6
B-3 Egg whites, and watermelon cubes, and 1C Skim milk
S1- Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt with Raspberries, and 1/2 cup of honeydew
L-1 Veggie Soup and a nectarine
S2- Grape Tomatoes and Baby Carrots with 1 Tbs of Fat Free Ranch Dressing (the cosistency is kinda eww LOL)
D- Blackbeans, veggie rice
S- Too full, though I had a nice huge glass of water
