February Challenge - Exercise

  • OK, I'm adding our challenges in their own thread, otherwise, our Feb one may get OUT OF CONTROL. So, lets keep them all up top as we update, and cheer one another on, and if we need it, help keep each other on track.

    February 1

    I did the WATP 1-mile walk <a bit lazy, but I was literally, in the car all day and worked out at 10 pm, better late than not at all>

    So, Check in ladies, how did we all do on day 1?
  • No Exercise
    I unfortunately did not exercise yesterday, but I did not get home till later at night, it was tornado conditions, and my abs are still sore from the past 2 days of working out. Yesterday was considered my "rest day" but I will be sure to work out tonight after I get out from my second job. I'm feeling really good and it shows. I need to do something with these flabby arms though lol Sadly enough, we are not supposed to do any weight training this early in Phase II.
  • I was in a training class yesterday so didn't get to really excercise. I did 15 minutes of walking up and down 6 flights of stairs so that's basically it. Oh and I walked to and from my office to the training center twice and it's 4 blocks each way so I guess I got almost a mile in of walking.
  • OK, Day 2. Nothing, I did a whole lot of NOTHING, in the way of exercise, but, I did haul a washer and dryer in and out of my place, twice. Long story.
  • I did Turbo Jam two days in a row, both the 30 min workouts. Then walked a mile the next, and haven't exercised for two days. I gotta do something today!
  • For Feb 1 I did 45 min of step class and 1 hr of jazzercise. For Fri Feb 2 I did 1 hr Jazzercise, 33 min walking/running on treadmill, weight training (arms/back/shoulders). Today I did 1 hr Jazzercise. Will try to make to the gym for running/weights on Sun if I don't get snowed in Lem
