Okay ... if I have pita bread, an entire 4-" pita pocket is considered one starch? However, three reduced fat Triscuits also equals one starch?
Am I reading my food planner wrong?
I went to Trader Joe's yesterday and picked up a bag of whole wheat, small pita bread (eyeballing it, it looked about 4" ... it was the smallest they had). Do I eat the whole thing or cut it in half?
