Thursday's Menu 2/107

  • Happy February!

    Doing flex this week:
    b: english muffin with butter (3)
    l: sandwich with ham (2), sub roll (4), pickles, mustard, 100 cal pack snack mix (2)
    s: carrots and hummus (1), WW cake (1), Pack of Yogos (2)
    d: I have no idea!
    s: WW ice cream bar (2)

    Yesterday I didn't plan my menu and had a bit of a melt-down last night. Still fine point-wise (wpas) but did not like the feeling. I'm hoping to be in more control today!
  • bf - banana, pumpkin snack cake
    lunch - salmon noodle casserole, lo zucchini, yougurt
    snack - fruit
    dinner - ham and eggs, lite toast (1pt), fruit
    snack - maybe popcorn or pumpkin cake.
  • Definitely not core but here goes:

    Breakfast: 1 slice rye toast w/margarine, 1 thin slice lf cheese, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: Thai restaurant combo platter: rice, mixed veggies, chicken in green curry sauce, chicken w/roasted chili sauce, 1 spring roll, lots of water

    Dinner: tbd - altho little ds just called begging for KFC!! (I asked him why he would want to eat something so unhealthy - and he says he's been eating good stuff for 3 whole weeks and needs a break - funny kid!). I am afraid to bring this into the house? I will definitely want a piece!
