Planning Thursday Feb. 1

  • Happy February!!!

    Yesterday went well. We did go to Mexicantown for lunch and I avoided the chips and salsa and I ordered the chicken taco salad (with no dressing just a bit of salsa). I had half of it for lunch and then ended up the other half for dinner. Then for my evening snack I had a baked sweet potato (I was cold and wanted to avoid baking junk food I think that was a much better choice)

    B: SF Oatmeal
    L: Salad with Grilled Chicken and Cheese, FF Ranch, Crave Control Yogurt
    D: Beef Stew
    S: I’m not entirely sure (am I ever on this). Um I have some pineapple I should eat and maybe an English muffin and some SF Blackberry Jelly. Or of course the standard 100-Cal popcorn bag

    Water: 3 Liters

    WO: Walking to school (.6 miles)
  • Im new here and just posted my first intro post so I thought it would be a good way to start by planning tomorrow....

    B: grapegruit,1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese, 2tpsp flax seeds, banana
    S: apple, 1/2 cup grapes
    L: spinach, green pepper, corn, cucumber salad w/ low fat ranch, orange
    D: tuna and red pepper sandwhich on whole wheat w/ spinach,
    mashed acorn squash w/ pumpkin butter
    S: plain yogurt w/ berries

    Excersise: 1 hour elliptical
  • Bad food day today so far...

    - 6 almonds
    - 4 wheat crackers w/ 1 T natural peanut butter
    - 2 c fresh spinach w/ ff ranch, chicken, and hard boiled egg

    I'll probably have this for the rest of today:
    - 1 lf string cheese, 1 c baby carrots
    - subway

    And I really need to go to the grocery store to stock up on healthy choices, but I'll have to go tomorrow.
  • Accountability, I guess... day is over:

    B: 3 doughnuts (yeah yeah, I beat myself up enough)
    L: lentil soup, ff yogurt
    S: veggie burger patty on spelt bread w/tomato
    D: mediterranian pork and zucchini w/couscous... mmm.. found the recipe I was looking for!
