I stop by and visit, but don't have much to contribute right now.
Personally, I am struggling with where to put hominy and miso soup. Also, am wondering if I can continue Wave 1 for longer than 10 days. I must not be doing it right, because, while I've lost 6 lbs (3 prior to starting, 6 during Wave 1), I haven't been hungry once.
Which would be the other reason I love this diet.
So... my two cents. Worth about a penny
