Hey everyone,
I'm thinking of jumping back on the Sonoma diet. I did the diet in September and loved Wave 1. The problem was, after those 10 days I just went crazy and couldn't stop eating for days. I'm thinking of starting wave 1 next week, so does anyone have suggestions for how to transition to wave 2 without completely going off the wagon so bad that you can't get back on???
I don't have any advice, but I'd love to start next week too! (See post above)
Do you want to start on Monday? We can talk ourselves through this, and moan and complain the whole time... until we get used to it.
I have a hard time on Wave 2 also. I found I was eating everything in sight too... but luckily, I didn't gain any weight back.
hey I just replied to your other post before I saw you posted here! So you're on... Monday it is. I'm gonna go shopping on Sunday and clean out my kitchen and everything... I'll definitely need someone to complain to, so this should be great!
I'm shopping tomorrow too. I think this time is going to be harder for me to do. I find that when it's winter, I like to eat lot of comfort food. Also, I'm totally in dessert mode too. I don't know how I'm going to last 10 days w/out anything sweet... but on the other hand, I know I have to do it. Hopefully we can encourage each other enough to get through this.
How's it going so far? I'm in the same boat with sweets, so I'm really looking forward to getting them out of my system. Hope Day 1 is going well, mine is so far.
