  • He's giving hints for good snacks to match your cravings. I was pretty excited because I already do EVERYTHING he's saying!

    Fruits and Nuts
    Peanut Butter - yummy!
    Laughing Cow Light Cheese
    Turkey Pepperoni
    Ry Krisp Crackers
    Low Fat Cheese
    Popcorn (air popped with ICBINB spray or tabasco)
    100 Calorie Packs
    Sugar Free Jell-o or Pudding
    Sugar Free popsicles, ice cream bars

    My favorite snack is laughing cow light cheese on the rye crackers! Yummy - and that's what he said they ate on Biggest Loser all the time. Cool

    Anyway - I thought it was cool to see and to help to stay on track for today. Now I think I'll go make my cheese and cracker snack.
  • I love the Laughing Cow light, but haven't tried it on Ry Crisps--I like the Rye Triscuits. I'll have to see what the difference is calorie-wise.

    I also like the popcorn sprayed with ICBINB spray.

    Any snacks I eat I always have with a protein like low-fat string cheese or an ounce of chicken/turkey. Gives the snack MUCH staying power.

    That's the way I used to diet and have been trying to - but admittedly I have been straying from that plan. I think I need to go back to it because just one snack that has sugar in it gets me spiraling!

  • I have baby carrots with the Laughing Cow Light cheese almost everyday....love them!
  • I like to eat Sugar Free Jello and some FF whipped cream for a 15 calorie treat. I eat thi when I need to eat, but I'm not hungry. I don't eat it every day, but it fills that urge to eat.

    My snacks are usually an apple with Low cal string cheese or 1 Peanut butter granola bar.
