    Time to have a celebration! Our own AMMI lost 100 pounds and we need to have a virtual party! With lots of dancing and movement!!!!

    I'm not good with all of the smilies, but Ammi, I want to say CONGRATS!!!!!!!!

    Heather thank you so much for my cyber party I am so moved by everybody and how genuinely happy you all are for my weight loss. You guys have moved me to tears, but very happy ones. It felt great to meet that mile stone, but it's nothing compared to how happy you have all made me. I have done as well as I have so far because of all of you!!! Without this place and all of you I know I wouldn't have stayed on track like I have. It's like I am not only losing weight for me, I am losing it for all of us, because I know if I can prove I can do it....me...the queen of yo yo dieting......then I am proving we ALL can do it.

    I hate that I got as big as I was, but one thing I will always be grateful to my fat for, is that it brought me here where I met so many wonderful friends
