Has anyone tried this video?

  • I was doing WATP, but I feel like I need something else to keep my focus. I don't want to get bored with the exercising, so I thought I'd pick up on of the Prevention DVD's.

    I got the Prevention Walk Yourself Fit. I put it on last night just to get a look at it...and to say the least I was overwhelmed. I'm more than slightly uncoordinated...lol, so this will definitely be a challenge!

    Has anyone tried this video and had any success with it??
  • Is that the one with Chris Freytag? If so, I didn't think too much of it.

    The better Prevention walking video is Walk Your Way Slim with Michelle Dozois(sp).

    For each moves she shows 3 levels. Level 1 is a tiny step up from WATP, but COMPLETELY doable.

    By the time you work up to level 3, you're cruising!
