I was doing WATP, but I feel like I need something else to keep my focus. I don't want to get bored with the exercising, so I thought I'd pick up on of the Prevention DVD's.
I got the Prevention Walk Yourself Fit. I put it on last night just to get a look at it...and to say the least I was overwhelmed. I'm more than slightly uncoordinated...lol, so this will definitely be a challenge!
Has anyone tried this video and had any success with it??
