I am looking for anyone who might be in the same profession that might be able to give me any advise that will help my weight loss a bit easier.

I would still like to hear from others who also can give me any encouragement and suggestions that might help me while I am on a truck with limited time for exercise and limited choices of healthy foods to eat.
