It would seem everybody I ask has a different opinion about the water needs to be drunk to effectively lose weight and hydrate yourself- This one question, however drives me insane! Is it best to drink water that is room temperature or ice water? I was told it is best to drink room temperature water because it is easier for your body to absorb and cold water runs straight through you. I was also told that ice water is the best to drink because your body has to work twice as hard to warm it up before it is usable. Which is it? Warm water makes me a little sleepy and cold cold water makes me have to pee quicker. So hmmm...
*Pardon the error in the title- I guess warm water really DOES make me sleepy(ing). lol
