Late on the draw again for the healthiest food

  • Love 'em, cooked with ham or bacon, and a piece of corn bread and potato salad on the side..... No longer such a healthy food once I add all those sides though and the pork.
  • I figure if I could learn to like spinach I can learn to like collards. Maybe. Prepared as gomen (Ethiopian) they're okay.

  • Spinach and greens are two entirely different things for me. I love spinach. But I can't stand greens. Collard greens, turnip greens, kale, that sort of thing. I just can't eat them. A totally different taste from spinach, in my opinion.
