I took some progress picture tonight to see how I am doing. I am now to 65 pounds. The last pictures I took in my work out cloth I am pretty sure was only 30 pounds . I think so I have a comparision. I am at 186.8 today.

Thank you. I can say I am getting better. This is only my first goal. I hope to lose a bitmore. But I really can't remember being much smaller after I get to my first goal. so I don't know what to exspcet.
