Hi, I'm relatively new to the program and I came on here for some encouragement, I love it! I am wondering though, what is TO? Take off program or somethign? I am not sure what everyone is talking about in prior threads. To start the program I did FF but I was not given the option of TO. I am on the purple plan w/ lites. Thanks!!!

Yes it means Take off. It is in your booklet towards the back. I like it better because you can have the lites while you do it.

When you are in the LAWL section, there are a few "sticky" threads in the top section. One of them contains a lot of the abbreviations used here (for quicker typing) and what they mean.
