Hello everyone. My name is Karen. I am 34 and i am trying to start over. I dont want to go into my 40's overweight. I am at 173 right now, i want to be 140 by my birthday in June. I would like to weigh less that that but that is my goal right now. I am here to make new friends and give my support as much as i can. Hope to get to know everyone.
