Humpday thread

  • Well the board sure has been slow the last few days.... Hope everyone is feeling ok

    I am back on track (AGAIN) LOL I seem to get off track alot here altely, BUT at least I realize a need to do better so I am glad about that.

    Lets all make the most of today and do our best....not only in our weightloss efforts but our family time .... we all need each other and if we have a balanced family life the weight will come off alot easier, BIG TOPS HUGS TO ALL!!!

    I agree with you about having your life going well in order to lose the weight.

    Sounds like you had a good day today. I am glad to hear you are starting over again. You and I both are trying so hard to do well but we keep getting sidetracked. At least we are starting over and not giving up. That is the right attitude.

    I asked the nurse today at the dr's office to help me out again. I am going to start getting weighed once a week again up there. She can be hard on me if I want her to. I told her I needed that right now to stay on track. That I really have to get this weight off. I was surprised to have a 3 lb loss today in 3 weeks. So that is good. I hope the scale at tops reads what it did today then I will have a loss tomorrow to. She helped me lose the 30 lbs before. Giving me tips and encouraging me and not letting me give up. She is very heavy herself and would like to lose to. But I love her because she has done so much for me by supporting me and being there for me. She heads me in the right direction and keeps me safe and on track with a healthy eating plan.

    You guys here are great supporters also.

    I am going to take a hot bath and finally relax for the day.

    I did get up and did my 29 min workout today so that is good. I am getting back into exercising. The nurse said I don't need to tone right now until I get where I want to get. That way by doing the aerobics I won't gain weight from exercising. She said to exercise every other day. But I will try for 4-5 days out of the week. And to eat lower fat foods and to keep my points on the lower end of the range.

  • Hello All!

    Glad to hear we are getting back on track! Some times it can be SO hard to stay focused, but we need to do this!

    I didn't have a loss tonight, but I turtled,so I'm not too upset. I have been on some meds that the Dr. said would make me gain. So I was thrilled with a turtle.

    Hang in thre guys, WE CAN DO IT!
