Broiled Fish, Scallops or Shrimp w/Lemon Butter

  • Totally easy, but it was yummy with fish, scallops and shrimp!

    1T lite butter (Land O Lakes make a great one)
    1T lemon juice
    Garlic Powder
    Morton's Lite Salt
    Pepper
    Fish, scallops or shrimp, size according to plan

    Preheat broiler.

    Place seafood on foil lined pan. (The toaster oven cookie sheet works really well because it is small and contains the juices).

    Melt the butter and lemon juice in the microwave. (I use one a 2oz "dressing container"). Pour it over the seafood.

    Sprinkle seafood liberally with Morton's, pepper and garlic powder.

    Broil until seafood is opaque and starts to turn golden.
