My pattern seems to be losing 2 pounds in one week then re-gaining and re-losing the entire following week with no net loss. Yesterday I ate 1386 cal, which is very low for me, and no change! Ugh, you ladies have said it could be water in the muscles as I worked out yesterday. Hope its water! Anyway, must have another good day after a bad Sunday.
