Does this happen to anyone else? I always weigh myself in the morning before I eat,drink, get dressed...etc etc...so it's more accurate. I shot up 4 pounds since last Tuesday. I did have one bad day where I kind of went crazy on some chicken strips but other than that I've been great! ARG!!!
HOPEFULLY I'll start to drop soon. My cruise is in 2 weeks and all I can focus on is my back-fat roll
