It is Monday-
I know I either need to go to a spinning class or run! I just don't know which to do? And I really don't feel like doing either! I just need someone to wake my Booty up and make me go!!! I know it will make me feel better but I am lacking in motivation. Help!!!!Does anyone else suffer from this condition? And do you do anything special to get going?
