  • B - 2 whole grain waffles, 1 with natural peanut butter, one with cherry jam

    S - 1.5 cups blueberries

    L - salad - field greens, grilled chicken, tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, chickpeas, broccoli, black olives, peas, sesame seeds, dressing on side

    S - mango

    S - tall non fat sugar free latte

    S - cut up veggies (baby carrots, sugar snap peas, grape tomatoes, sliced orange pepper)

    D - Bulgarian mushroom bake - brown rice, mushrooms, black beans, chopped red pepper, low fat ricotta cheese, onions, garlic, kale, topped with a little fat free feta, sliced tomato and kalamata olives, salad
  • B~1/2 c egg whites and a cup of blackberries plus 2 ww crackers and 1 light laughing cow cheese wedge (I was still hungry!!)
    S~Fage 0% plain yogurt and 1/2 cup bananas
    L~salad (baby Romaine, chicken, with a little blue cheese, dried cranberries and spicy pecans and raspberry dressing)

    D~fish tacos on ww tortillas with fresh salsa and cabbage
