What I Ate Today - Mon 1/22 thru Sun 1/28



  • Anyone care to join me in posting your food intake - I could use the company! but be honest - even if it hurts! LOL

    I will be back tomorrow (Monday) for my food intake for the day.

    Beakfast:
    2 coffees/black

    Lunch:
    6 wheat crackers w/cheese
    1 coffee/black
    1 apple

    Dinner:
    1 small ground chuck steak
    about 10 french fries

    Exercise: Curves - 3 times around the circuit
    Water: 24 oz (so far - hope to get in more yet tonite)
    Vitamins: YES


  • Breakfast:
    2 coffees, black
    1 bowl cheerios w/skim milk

    Lunch:
    4 caramel rice cakes (these are soooo good)
    1 cup chai tea

    Dinner:
    1 slice turkey (white meat)
    1/2 cup mashed potatoes w/gravey
    about 5 glazed baby carrots
    1 bisquit
    coffee, black (1)

    Water: 32 oz (not good - need to have more)
    Exercise: Curves
    Vitamins: YES
