Hello, new to the board here. I'm starting the Fat Smash diet, starting tomorrow. Looking to lose 50-60 lbs. Mostly because I want to start having children right after my wedding, and don't want to do that at my current weight. I had done Atkins, and was unsure about how healthy it really was. A friend of mine, who's a nurse, recommended I try Fat Smash. The only thing I don't like, is that it's not as crystal clear as Atkins. Can I eat cottage cheese? Use sugar substitutes? Drink Diet Iced Tea? Use canned fruits? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'd never heard of the Fat Smash Diet.. what is it?
How much are you hoping to lose? I do a mix of WW & protein shakes myself, and these past three weeks have lost nine pounds.. I also walk 2-4 miles a day. I got married in August, I know how you feel about wanting to lose weight.. but remember whatever you do, do it smart & safe!!
