For those of you who are steadily losing, how many grams of carbs per day are you eating? I want to tweak my fitday.com nutrition goals and would like to know what a good number would be to aim for. Currently, I am averaging 136 grams of carbs per day according to fitday.com.
Just curious to know! Perhaps a percentage of fat v. protein vs. carbs would also help too. I want to jumpstart the loss a little bit an think tweaking my intake ratios will help. Thanks in advance!
