I have one and love it It's easy to use, well made, and you can get DVDs in various levels so it grows with you. I have the model with 4 cords, which I would recommend over the one with 3 cords. I also have the stand, but it's not really necessary.

I too have this machine....I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! I have seen SO much progress with this machine alone that is just shocking! I have the 3 cord one and would highly recommend getting the 4 cord...even if you don't use them all at the beg it's worth it for later. If you get the 3 cord machine you can purchase more red cords (vs black cords) and replace the black cords to get more resistance too.
