Whole Foods menu for Sat Jan 20

  • I've been having a rough time getting back on this week, but today's menu is in the ballpark.

    B-Cheerios w/ soymilk, banana, OJ, coffee w/ skim
    S-ww blueberry pancake
    S-100 cal oreo pack
    L-lentil soup w/ balsamic vinegar, ww pita, string cheese, apple, mandarin orange
    S-dk chocolate
    S-nf plain yogurt w/ added low sugar strawberry preserves
    D-baked pasta w/ marinara, ricotta & mozzerella cheeses

    I might have some popcorn if I need a snack after all that. Should put me around 2000 calories.

  • B - 2 pieces of organic, sprouted, 20 grain toast - 1 piece with natural peanut butter, 1 piece with organic grapefruit marmalade

    S - 1.5 cups blueberries

    L - home made meat ball sub - home made chicken sausage meatball pasta sauce on a toasted whole grain hot dog bun

    S - orange

    S - 1/2 cup roasted butternut squash, 1 tbs maple pumpkin butter

    D - 3 veggie tacos, 3 whole wheat tortillas, 2 crumbled up veggie burgers, spinach leaves, lots of salsa, spinach leaves, a little low fat cheese
