Vitamins ???

  • What kind of vitamins and how much do you take?
  • I do love my vitamins! I take a multi and Omega-3s (2 Ultimate Omega from Nordic Naturals) every day.

    I will also add B-complex and a Cal-mag combination once or twice a week.

    Emergen-c fizzy drink is great for when I feel like I might be catching something.

    I also have digestive issues and have been trying food enzymes and L-Glutamine. Not sure about that yet.
  • GNC Multi-Womens I also take something for my joints and flexenseed oil.
  • i take a women's multivitamin, green tea extract, and fiber
  • Wow to many to list......but feel much better taking them
  • I'm kind of a dork, but I still take a Flintstones vitamin everyday!! Have for several years. It works for me!!
  • I'm taking prenatals right now because I'm breastfeeding.
  • I take GNC Ultra Mega Woman's vitamins, an extra 1000 Vitamin C and folic acid. I have to say this. Since I have been taking these and eating a yogurt at least 5 times a week and drinking orange juice every morning I have not been sick like I used to be. It seems to have let me go. I have not had a (knock on wood) sinus infection all winter. The first time in 12 to 14 years.
