Hey, everyone! My name is Beth and I am new to the boards. I am 27 years old and I live in Indiana, PA. In 2001 I weighed 385 lbs. and I went through battles with sleep apnea, GERD, diabetes, high blood pressure, high triglycerides, you name it. I thought I had everything under control but I was still addicted to food. In Feburary of 2006 I weighed 330. I knew I had to make a lifestyle change because I was addicted to fast food. Finally I cut the ties and I have made it this far and do not intend to quit my quest for healthy living. I am stronger now than ever and I plan on reaching my goal and helping others reach their goals and break the ties of food addiction. I'm glad to be here and I hope to support others in their weight loss journey.
Hello Beth, I am definately a fast food addict as well, when you have a busy schedule, it is so easy and cheap and yummmy! So I see that you have already lost quite a bit, besides cutting out fast food, how are you losing it? Any suggestions? Do you eat fast food at all?
