After being away for many years I again found myself search the 3FC webiste for help and support. I decided well before the holidays started that it was time for myself and my family to get a grip on our health along with our weight. My step-daughter (who lives with us) was just diagnosised with a thyroid problem so it's time to rethink our lives.
I welcome any and all support from this wonderful, awesome website. You all helped me before through my divorce 8 years ago so I know you all will be there to help again.
