For myself - after a week of relationship frustration that was turned into workout motivation plus the dimished appetite that comes with it - I lost 6 pounds last week!
I now weigh 175, which is officially less than I weighed 5 1/2 years ago
Only 4 pounds left to reach my lowest adult weight EVER (I will weigh what I weighed in 7th grade
- which was 12 years ago )
