Wow - what a late start... it must be the cold. I know I wanted to stay in bed this morning... but Elias had other plans.

Mornin everybody.
I see that everyone has been having a hard time trying to get going w/the routine and including exercise in that. I am too. It's sooo hard in this horrible weather. But there is a reason why we are here and we need to get out butts moving again. We were all doing good two weeks ago. So lets reasses the situation and get to it. Besides I need some motivation and a swift kick in the tush. I am sure I can find that here since I can't find it anywhere else. Right?

she is due to arrive april 27th 2007
we are so excited now funny thing is jessica got the bedroom that is all blue with winnie the pooh so now we have to paint

Well I have had problems eating all of my calories. I have almost 1600 per day that I can eat. Since I have been looking for work, my appitite (sp?) has not been active.

Hi everyone
Its been a couple days since I have checked in, but the good news is because I have actually been on the treadmill 5-6 nights a week and not sitting in front of the computer...and yes the weather here in northern IN is officially winterlike and colder than all get out.....Im a bit aggrevated though. Weighed in and lost only a 1/2 lb this week, that is just BULL , I have seriously been working my butt off and watching my calories/fat/carb/.....on and on, and thats all I get out of it...it is very hard to stay motivated with crappy numbers like that. BUT...I will continue and I will be back on the treadmill in a few minutes, but I wanted to vent to all of you cause Im pretty mad...moving on !!!

Shey- I was gonna give you the kick in the butt, but I see that Lisa already did..
