I am new to this program and just going on my second week. I somehow stumbled across this forum and have been reading for the past two weeks and am now addicted!

So far my progress has been slow. I didn't lose a pound on take off but I did lose 2.6 in my first week. I am going in tonight to find out how I've done on my second week.

Through reading the posts about substitutes, I have started purchasing the Pria complete bars but I'm not too crazy about them. I have however seen a packge of SLIMFAST OPTIMA SNACK BARS and I was wondering if those would be a comparable substitute? I have tried to search the forum but only find info on the slimfast optima shakes and not the snack bars.

I don't believe that they are compatible. The Lites are 160-190 calories and contain soy protein. That is why the Luna bars and Pria Complete are compatible. I have also found the new Kellogg's protein MEAL bars (not snack bars) to be comparable in the nutritionals.

Have you purchased any Lites yet? Because you could compare the labels for the nutritionals.
