- Yesterday, I ate 1921 calories
Went over because we had a snow storm, and I had to pick up all 3 kids from 2 different places, and didn't get home until later than usual, and my DH was called in to work and didn't get home until 9:00. My oldest wanted McD's, so we got some chicken nuggets. I had some of them. If it weren't for the nuggets, I would have been under calories, because I ate a Lean Cuisine pizza. Why chicken nuggets? WHY????
Exercise: I ran 1.89 miles on the treadmill in 25 minutes.
Stressors: Obviously, the snow storm and having to pick up all the kids. Normally, I only pick up my oldest and my hubby picks up the youngest 2. I have a nice dinner ready around the time they get home. But with him called in, plus needing to snowblow at the apartment he owns, our dinner was not made.
