I started WW and doing kickboxing and yoga in August and I gave lost just over 30lbs. I am shoting for 20 more, but the last few weeks have bee a struggle. I am at major plateau. Lately I have been binging and last week I gained for the first time

Luckily this week, I am down 2lbs so hopefully this keeps going.
I am not sure what sort of facilities you have available to you, but I took swim class w/ my ds and that was great for getting me moving and I always felt motivated to work out after, since I was so cold, and needed to warm up LOL. I belong to the local Y, so I just put Jackson in the sitting room after we swim and get 45min of cardio in. I work out 5 days a week, but I need something new. How do you like those work out tapes? I saw an infomercial for them and they look great, similar to my kickboxing class, but I could do it home. Is it worth checking out?
