Last night I got my little kickboxers all motivated for their belt tests!

Oh there's one girl who "wants to get a lot of belts done this year..."

Well if she actually put any EFFORT in she might be doing ok, but she just stands around and flicks her hair! There's more to being a black belt than going through the belt tests! You actually have to be motivated to train...
In weight-related news, the scales are interestingly up a pound since yesterday (I'm weighing daily as an experiment) which I
think is because I didn't drink that much yesterday. I'm also feeling like I've got a bit of a cold coming on today, so it might be that

I also know that I didn't do enough cardio yesterday. In fact I think I might not tick off cardio yesterday I did so little. I did 5 mins stroll on the treadmill at an incline, then 5 mins stroll on the recumbent bike. Then I didn't really get hot and sweaty while I was teaching yesterday, although I did do what I usually do maybe it was cold in the hall...
It's leg day today

I'm ahead of my squat goal at the moment, but I will aim high since I'm pretty sure I won't be able to make gains like this in another couple of months.
