Hey everyone, I'm Ann. I found this site a few days ago, and decided it looked like a really great place to be a part of, so here I am! I'll tell you a little about me. I'm 17, 5'1 and 126lbs. I'm from Canada. Some of my health/fitness goals are to get into better shape, get toned, be able to run/jog for 30 minutes, get less stressed and maybe lose a few pounds/inches at the same time. I'm not so concerned about the number as I am how I feel and look.

Anyway, I hope I get to meet a lot of you. I tend to get unmotivated quickly, so hopefully chatting here regularly will help a lot.

It's beautiful here. I'm trying not to be biased, but it's wonderful. Specifically I'm from Cape Breton Island, and it's absolutely gorgeous here if you like the ocean.
