Hi all...

I've read that EFA's can be substituted with Super Omega Complex, which you can buy at Walmart. Does anyone know what the other two supplements can be replaced with?

I was buying the vitamax, calcium, & EFA's at LAWL, but they were just getting too expensive.
I went to costco and picked up One a day weight smart vit for around $18 for like a 5 month supply I think. Way cheaper eh!!
I got a huge bottle of calcium +vit D also at costco for $6. I think it would be around a 3-4 month supply.
Then I got Omega 3's at costco to, about a 3 month supply for around $18.
I am very happy I started buying my vit's there at costco.. saves me sooo much money!
