Hey Everyone,
I seem to be hitting a plateau and the scale does't seem to be moving. I started intensifying my workouts yesterday to try to help get past it. Can anyone offer any advice on this. The scale really needs to move.
I have one other question. I am finding that on my periods I have a real hard time sticking to my plan and find that I am constantly hungry. Does anyone else have this problem and how do you handle it?

Are you PMSing? That could do it. I have a harder time staying out of the snacks when I'm PMSing, moreso then when AF is actually here. I'd say make sure you've got lots of healthy snacks around so when you go looking for something, it's all good.
I thought about it and I do have a hard time the whole way through. I'm very "snacky", like i don't really eat meals, just munch through the day.
I guess we just have to try and be strong.
