Yoga for "us"

    I have been trying a new video called "yoga booty ballet" I am doing well with it after a couple of weeks, except for the yoga. Size two yoga instructors don't understand my needs and even thier "modification girl" is super flexible.

    Any ideas on good yoga videos to help me get better with my "poses" ?

    do an on-line search for YOGA FOR ROUND BODIES . . . I know it's available from Amazon.com. . . but seems to be only VHS

    Thanks, after posting i also found Just my Size Yoga but i will look for the other one too, thanks!

    I've been using the Just My Size yoga DVD for about three or four months. It is wonderful! My boyfriend, who has been practicing yoga for two years but had to stop for surgery, is using it with me as well.

    I wish they'd done more in a series of "Just My Size" but no luck.
